I am seeking a roommate to take over my current roommates room in North Beach Apartments. It will be the smaller of the two rooms. The apartment complex is in an ideal location of Chics beach. Walking distance from restaurants, two breweries and grocery stores, plus the beach!

The rent would be split in half, as well as utilities. I will cover the cost of the internet since I have the larger room.
This is a great space is already furnished and is great for someone trying to start over.

I am a working professional. I work the average work schedule from . I consider myself clean and easy to live with.
