The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Denver! Jefferson Park is a couple of blocks away, grocery store across the street, restaurants and fun neighborhood block parties. The rooftop is amazing with a grill, lounge chairs and the view of the mountains and city are insane for sunsets/sunrises! I love this area, Lo-Hi is within walking distance as well great access to more of the city all within 2 miles. The room available is not furnished and you’re welcome to bring living room furniture as well as it will need to be furnished or we can work on that together. The room fits a queen sized bed and small dresser neatly. Rent includes all utilities except for electric about $ a month. Parking in a garage included. The apartment itself has modern kitchen with appliances (I have a mixer, waffle iron, rice cooker, food processor, and pasta machine for use as well), bathroom with plenty of storage space and counter space (I put up a shelves in the shower as too for each of us), washer and dryer in unit. there is also additional storage on our floor that is a locker and empty for you to use and bike storage! We have a small porch that divides the bedrooms.
