Room for Rent (unfurnished, single occupancy) in a completely renovated and upgraded Bath house within a short walk to the heart of Kensington, or a quick 5 min drive to North Park & Normal Heights (Utilities Included) month to month, available immediately. No smoking, no other pets.

The house includes a backyard and storage garage, which will be accessible until construction of an ADU's (Accessory Dwelling Units) are to be built, which will affecting storage garage and backyard access.

I'm looking for a clean, quiet, trustworthy, and respectful housemate to share this space. No parties or frequent guests, please! Male or female welcome. Ideally, you're someone who travels for work, or works/studies outside the home during the day, though I'm open to anyone who's a great fit.

A bit about me: I'm a mid 's working musician. I typically work evenings a few days a week and from home the rest of the time (I have an office setup in the storage garage for now). I'm very clean, organized, and I don't party or typically drink. I have a small/medium rescue, Terrier mix who's super affectionate once he warms up to you. He's a lover and will likely demand your attention. When I make time for it, I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, camping, nature, live music.
