Hi friends! My name is Nicole. My current roommate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over her lease starting September . The apartment is a BA with a short walk to USD campus. Rent is /month per person with utilities included (AC/heating in both the living room and bedroom, electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV).
The location is a steal: Just minutes from Old Town, Fashion Valley, and Mission Beach. Walking distance to the Morena/Linda Vista trolley station and MTS bus stops. It is street parking, but you can request a paid spot through management.
Your private room (first one in the video) comes with a free bed frame and mattress. The apartment is fully furnished with a cozy living room, kitchen with all appliances, in-unit laundry, and a rooftop perfect for sunset views.
About me: I’m an MBA student at USD and tech marketing intern who loves trying new ClassPass workouts (Riffs Yoga and Alora Lagree Pilates are my favorites), learning tennis, sunset park picnics, tanning at the beach, rom- or horror movie nights with pizza and snacks, and the occasional night out dancing with an espresso martini. I’m looking for a clean, friendly roommate who communicates well. Sadly, no pets due to allergies 🥺
