I'm listing my current room for rent. I'm replacing myself for the remainder of the lease and looking for a candidate who wants to sign onto the next one year lease in Nov.

For Rent:
One large unfurnished bedroom ("x") in a 3 bedroom duplex (split-level) apartment with an in-window air conditioner, a private bathroom, closet and access to large shared backyard. As well as in-unit laundry.

Ideal Candidates:
Open to all genders. Non-smokers preferred. Ages: Any - just be respectful and responsible.

Must complete landlord application and provide proof-of-incomes, etc. and pay security deposit (one month rent)

We are looking for someone to take over this room from Sept st and then sign on the new 1-year lease for Nov 1st with the other roommates.

Roomates:
The other two roommates are female mid 's and mid 's with rooms on the above floor. One works in graphic design the other in humanitarian/NGO space.

Utilities:
Internet and Electricity are the only utilities internet is ~$/month and electricity changes with the seasons.
