Looking for a roommate, females only. ok if it's two people though if you have a bf, the room is just one room) to move into my 2 bedroom apartment with me. shared kitchen and shared bathroom, located in Bay Shore on Union Boulevard.
Rent is $ we would split it, pay $ each if it's two people OR if it's 3 people, the $ would be split three ways. Only utility we are responsible for is electric which is around $ a month which would also be split.
Apartment is located on the first floor, we have our own parking lot in the back. No landlord on , just one other tenant who lives upstairs who is always working.
I am a single mom with a 7 week old son, looking to have a roommate by September 1st.
I am also open to another single parent with a child, but no pets are allowed (landlord's rules not mine)
I'm years old and I do smoke🍃 but there is no smoking allowed within the apartment.
I'm a respiratory therapy student and I also work.
