Two brothers living together, looking for a 3rd roommate. Male roommate preferred. We both work as personal trainers and do bodybuilding(not meatheads though lol). I’m in school, double major in philosophy/psychology, brother isn’t in school and works full time. Looking for someone with similar interests, but primarily just someone who is comfortable interacting often, we like to be friends with whoever we're living with (just not completely separated).
Basic qualities (clean, respectful, responsible, communicative, etc). We're pretty laid back, not very strict on rules, just that you clean up shared spaces and respect the rules of the property set out by the landlord.

No central cooling, only heating, recommend a fan for room. Windows do not fit typical window AC units. Basement unit so doesn’t really get above at most.
