Hello, my name is Maggie (they/she) I’m a year old queer white leftist.

Ideally I’d like to share a meal or two a week, I like cooking and would be happy to cook while you clean, or switch off on both duties if you also like to cook. I am vegan and gluten free for health reasons, you do not need to be, but that would be needed for shared meals.

I would like to live with folks I can be social with a few times throughout the week, but also will want days where I keep mostly to myself. As long as I’m not sleeping I’m mostly cool with a bit of noise, I also use headphones a lot and might ask a roommate to use them if noise is distracting.

My preference would be having one person who pays $ and get one normal sized bedroom (″) with two windows and one overhead light, and one bonus room (″) with one window and over head light. I’m also open to a parent and child splitting the two rooms, or a couple (who is used to living intentionally/collectively). Or if need be, renting each room out to a different person (bigger room for $, and the smaller room for $). There’s a large bathroom upstairs that will primarily be for upstairs occupant’s use, and a tushy on the toilet!

Regular utilities listed as monthly (or every other monthly) costs for the entire house hold: internet, $/mo. Water ~/mo. Gas ~$ Electricity ~$mo. Waste removal (trash, recycling, food & yard waste) ~mo, and sewer ~$mo.

I live with two geriatric mammals, a year old cat, and a (?) year old dog. I am open to more animals moving in, but want us to come up with a plan for introducing them to my animals.

My bedroom, workspace and bathroom are in the basement, where there also is a shared washing machine and dryer.
