I have 1 bedroom available to be rented in my 3 bedroom home located in Santa nella village. Rent will be utilities included. You would have your own bathroom down the hall from your room. Washer and dryer on as well as garage space if needed. I'm open to a 6 month lease or a year lease which ever is convenient. Small Families or couples welcome. comes with furniture or can remove all furniture if needed. Thank you🖤
