You'll also have your own refrigerator in the garage and access to a shared washer and dryer. A monthly cleaning lady is included to help keep things tidy. The community offers great amenities like a jacuzzi and ample parking. I have one friendly cat and a dog, so pet lovers are welcome but please, no additional pets and no guests until further notice.
