Looking for a roommate (preferably female, but not totally close minded if youre not weird lol) I’m years old so someone in that age range! House is off of N Rural Rd and W Ray Rd. It’s a big house, you’d have your own living room, bedroom and bathroom. Open to getting a third roommate to make rent cheaper but then you would be sharing a bathroom. Currently rent is + split utilities. Must be able to pass a background check for the landlord (private owner). I do have a dog, hes hypoallergenic. Idk if landlord would accept more pets but I can ask! Move in date can be whenever Message me for more details 🙂
