My name’s Drake Baranek, I’m on Sept 9th), and I’m looking for a room to rent in the Elk Grove, CA area within the next month. My budget is up to $/month, and I’m planning to stay long-term.

I work full-time at Home Depot, so I’ve got stable income and a consistent schedule. I’m usually up around AM and crash around AM — quiet and respectful of shared space.

I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t have any pets, but I’m totally fine being around them if you do. When I’m not working, I’m into video games, cars, motorcycles, and constantly working on ways to stack more cash. I’m chill, independent, and clean — just looking for a good spot to live and focus on my grind.

I’m looking for a private room, and I’m flexible on a shared or private bathroom. Ideally, the house vibe is relaxed — doesn’t have to be dead quiet, but nothing crazy either.
