Room for rent in townhouse

My roommate and I are looking for two roommates for our townhouse. We have three cats and a dog so hopefully you’re an animal lover! Washer and dryer in unit:) 2 story townhouse with kitchen and living room downstairs. Upstairs will be the shared bathroom (two sinks so you will have your own cabinets and sink), laundry room, and private bedroom. If you have a lot of storage we have a crawl space that has a lot of room! Utilities included.
We can’t have anymore pets on the lease so no animals.
