Hi everyone! I’m looking for a furnished sublet from Sept , (dates flexible).
Ideally:
🔹 Studio or private room (no flatmates preferred, but open to private bath + cooking access)
🔹 Location: Walking distance / easy transit to Charterhouse Square (EC1M – Farringdon, Barbican, Clerkenwell; not super familiar with the area so I am open to change!)
🔹 Cleanliness and Care: Borderline OCD here – I’ll keep your space spotless!
🔹 Building vibe: Young professional/student demographic preferred.
