Hi, my name is Chika. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for up to two roommates. The room is in Charlotte close to the university area. The home is lived in and so has minor scratches and bumps but mostly everything works. The monthly rent is $ including utilities +$ a month of you room to be furnished i.e Bed and bed frame. The home comes with two roommates already with a max occupancy of four females. The rooms available here share a bathroom. Other shared spaces including the living room, upstairs den, kitchen and garage for storage. The area has on street parking but since it’s a townhouse one cannot be a guarantee parking right outside the home. I’m looking for young professionals with consistent work, who clean up after themselves and contribute to the upkeep of the house. If you do not like cleaning this is not the place for you. If you don’t want to share a bathroom this is not the place for you if $ is the top of your budget this is not the place for you. We keep the home cold even in the winter months. There’s no smoking on or around the property and I cannot guarantee that you will be best friends with the other roommates. Although we do not argue we don’t share a bind quite like the movies. I looking for professional women who like working in their own but can be social.
