Location: +5 Fwy. Across the street from Fullerton Park and Ride. Within 5 miles of walmart, target, Sam's club, costco, trader joes, etc. In a gated community. Private room on 1st floor. Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and small walk in closet. Full access to kitchen (stove, microwave, sink), just bring own cooking utensils. Full access to living area. Washer and dryer in unit on third floor of home. Dog(s) on property. Home is in a gated community. parking is first come, first serve. Throughout the day spots are available. After pm parking gets harder to find. later at night, front parking is available. We have a two car garage, parking is first come first serve to tenant. Utilities and Internet included. Electricity would be the only utility split based on number of tenants. Central AC and quick cool will be utilized. Each room also has a remote control ceiling fan. Room available for a working professional. Room can be partially furnished with a desk and a desktop monitor. NO smoking permitted. NO overnight guest. We are typically kind and keep to ourselves, but if we get a long, we're more than happy to talk. :) I'm a travel nurse for all of orange county so Fwy is convenient for me. My husband a corporate accountant and works 2 days from home. We both work busy jobs and would love somebody with the same mind set. When we aren't at work, we love to cook, go out and eat everything, gym, have daycations, or simply stay at home and watch reruns of some corny show.
