hey there! Positive person forward thinking. Looking to share space with another positive person easy to live with! I am at the gym days a week. Sold a big waterfront home in Palm City Florida, moved to New York, too cold, back in Florida unsure as to purchasing another home or renting and wanted to take my time in searching options. Currently looking for a room to rent I am a bit of a clean freak and will always be cleaning up after myself, always happy to share any kind of mutual space and the chores associated respectfully. I eat super clean I don't smoke. I also don't date, so there would never be overnight guests. No pets no kids.
