Myriad of great restaurants and bars, with lots of young people :). We have gathered a roster of great restaurants for you too if you need recs :)

About us:
We are best friends who moved to New York recently, we have lived in Kips Bay for a year now (different building), and really like the neighborhood, so decided to find a place here. We do a lot of stand up comedy on the weekends so be prepared to listen to a lot of bad jokes and hopefully some good ones. Overall we would love to have someone who is open to living with someone we could be friends with. We love to host people, so we are really aiming to turn this apartment into a very homey place.
