*Urgent Timeframe*Need to find someone today to start app process by tomorrow morning (takes couple days), to start new lease*Furnished apartment in Solana Beach that’s close to beach, Del Mar Racetrack, restaurants and pubs, live music venues such as Belly Up Tavern, The Sound, easy I-5 access, etc. Nice vibrant coastal community to live in. Master BR available with vaulted ceiling and large closet. Shared living space but I’ll stay on loft level, am away often.

Nice open floor plan and layout with vaulted ceilings and extra loft room. Large square footage total, fully furnished but flexible if have some of your own furniture. Pool, spa, fitness center, laundry facility and plenty parking options.

Looking for likeminded professional that is honest, responsible, respectful and clean. I’m an entrepreneurial med technology
professional that’s very easy to get along with…respectful, considerate and quiet when other tenant is around. I’m away often, but when not working, I like to surf, mountain bike, run, hike, live music and the arts, and am singer/songwriter/musician. Have active lifestyle. Looking for someone I can trust while I’m away, that won’t have lots of guests…when does will be responsible for guests and
property inside apartment, is respectful of noise level, etc. I’m reasonable and open to significant other/friend staying over within reason (we can discuss) just not majority of time or living permanently as a couple, based on space, etc. I’m sometimes away during the week or weekends and go back to Denmark at times to visit family.
