Seeking Rental. Roommate

Good Morning,
I am looking to relocate within town and am searching for a room for my cat, Meowbot, and I. Both of us are well trained, groom often, and don’t scratch or bite. Our manners continue to improve with age and she will tell you her life story any time you ask (She will meow at you when you say her name). Unlike her, I served years as a Engineer Officer in the Army and I consider myself one of the highest trained/ cleanest roommates that you will interview this week 😊 After my time in the service I worked in a variety of industries from manufacturing to IT to biotech so I have a little experience across sectors. Today I work remotely doing IT and management for a company you like and use everyday.

I have about a room and a half worth of stuff which amounts to a bedroom set, LoveSac, and a dozen boxes of clothes, electronics, and personal effects. If the property allows for me to store them on that would be ideal, but if not I will put some things in storage. You are welcome to anything that I have to offer.

I'm working hours a day from . I hold a video conference with Teammates times a day. I have a desk with multiple monitors and can pretty much do anything from there. I don’t make a lot of noise personally or work wise so if you can handle the noise from a TV screen that’s about as loud as I get. I play Pokemon Go so you will be able to find me walking around the area catching those things.

I'm happy to help around the place and have a background in construction and engineering so if there is an issue we can probably figure it out. On top of that I know my way around most electronics so if you require any assistance there feel free to ask.
