Sublease, move in now!!

Monarch bath. I am looking to sublease my room at my apartment (females only). I’m from minnesota and just wasn’t able to come back down this fall. Apartment comes fully furnished, with a private bathroom and closet as well as laundry machines in unit. Very clean, and welcoming place.
