South Boston Apt

Just me and my cat! I graduated with my master’s degree last year, I currently work in Seaport, and I will be going to law school next year. I am quiet, clean (a shoes off apartment), and don’t use the kitchen really at all. I mostly play video games, read, listen to music, and hang out with my cat. I filled the apartment with rugs, art, books, and plants. Apt is
bed, 1 bath, on the top floor of a triple decker. 3rd bedroom is being used as a gym/guest bedroom, but you can take it if you like it better. Massive back deck, in unit laundry, and a dishwasher. A lot of space and storage! We could have two living rooms if you wanted! Right now the set up is an office/siting room, living room, and dining room, along with the 2 bedrooms and guest bedroom. In the best part of South Boston, in a block from Medal of Honor Park, close to M Street Beach, quick walk to all the restaurants and bars, but very quiet and safe.
