If you are a single parent who can arrange opposite weekends, we can split time in the children’s bedroom. If you aren’t a single parent, you need to be tolerant of the week I have Payton. I am offering the MASTER BEDROOM to you… Your own room, your own bathroom, your own sitting area, your own walk-in closet. You have complete access to pool, gym, rec center, the whole complex. Your $ includes all utilities. Your room can be furnished or unfurnished, you can contribute to Living Room stuff or Kitchen, but not required. My move-in date is already confirmed, August th.. you can move in same day or after. I do not need you to be on the lease as a co-leaser, but the complex requires you to be on the lease as an occupant and you must clear their approval process. You’ll be responsible for their application fee.
