Lease Takeover Oct !!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting October th! You’d have the option to renew at the end of the lease. It’s a bath with a patio, AC, in unit laundry, and a spacious closet! It’s a pet friendly complex with plenty of places to walk. The RTD station is right across the street also. The complex has a gym, dog wash station, and a rooftop lounge! There’s a $ lease takeover fee, but I’m happy to split that with you. You’ll get the $ security deposit when you leave also!
