Room for Rent in Bayfront Condo

Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to share the bayfront condo I rent out in Pacific Beach. The place has water views, direct access to the Bayside Walk, and an overall peaceful, cozy vibe. Your space would be a private bedroom and your own bathroom (not attached, but not shared).

Hoping to find someone around the same stage of life - clean, respectful, easy to live with. You’re cool with early mornings, not bringing the party home, and being mindful of shared spaces. The place doesn’t have a ton of storage, so it’s probably best for someone who doesn’t have a ton of stuff (minimalist-ish vibes appreciated!). Laundry is onsite, but not in unit. No parking space available at the moment.

I have a sweet dog who stays home while I’m at work, and a dog walker comes mid-day. She’s friendly, but per the lease, no other pets are allowed - sorry!

About Me:

I’m in my mid-s female, work in clinical research, and commute to Orange County during the week (early riser - out the door by AM and back around PM). I work from home on Fridays and usually keep things pretty low-key. I’m social and friendly, but not big on hosting parties - this is more of a home base than a hangout spot. I’m also pretty new to San Diego and excited to keep exploring the area!
