Best apartment ~ top floor corner apartment, near elevator, no apartments to the left or right...just below. Very respectful and quiet people. Must like small dogs that are friendly. Pool, barbeques, areas outside for lounging, hair salon, computer/library area, large multipurpose - common area for parties with fridge & tables area, movie room, games room and nice gym.
4 chair & coffee table sitting area right outside apartment door. 1 private bedroom with French doors, 1 full size private bath. Bedroom can include queen bed if wanted.
Building is only three years old. I am the only one who has lived here.
Must pass a background check. Must be on the lease.
Very clean new building with great amenities.
