I'm a professional woman seeking a room to rent in the St Paul university ave west area - zip code - for the winter. I do not want to commute back and forth from my suburban home when the roads are bad. Often, I would only be staying from Sunday evening through Thursday evening. I'm very quiet and clean and would be bringing no guests or pets. I do love all animals, however, with no qualms regarding cohabiting with other's pets.
