I’m moving out so will need a lease takeover alongside my current house mate!❤️

Room is unfurnished except for double bed with mattress and has double built in wardrobes. Full (shared) bathroom and kitchen including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Street parking available and the place also has a separate storage space. $ per week rent, plus monthly internet of $ each and three-monthly electricity/gas of around $ each.

North Sydney/Kirribilli location, 7 minutes walk to Milsons Point station and to Kirribilli. minute walk to Victoria Cross metro station in North Sydney proper. Many little shops, cafes and pubs nearby!

Only one other lovely tenant aged and working full time Monday-Friday! Preferably another girl around similar age. The room is not big enough for a couple.

Please note that the new tenant will have to be approved by the real estate agency and the landlord which can take up to a week, and then will be added to the lease. Lease will end in May and we have the option to extend or break the lease.

My housemate also has a canary who doesn’t come out of his cage 🐥 no cats or dogs allowed.
