My name is Jake, and I have a room for rent with your own bathroom available . I live in Gramercy Villas Apartments. Great location & right next to . Very Safe Neighborhood with a lot of restaurants near by. With granite countertops, washer and dryer in the units, and covered parking.

The apartment is right next door to a great park with walking paths, etc..
Take a look at the -Bath online at their and you can see the square footage, etc.

I have a mini-Aussie Shepherd that is trained and don't mind if you have a cat or trained dog.

I pay $ Total and I'm asking $ for one of the rooms. That includes internet, power, water, etc.. The apartment is fully furnished w/ everything you'd ever need. You will need to bring your own bed/dresser...all I ask! You would also have your own full bathroom. Great back patio with couch, grill, etc.. Located off of Overland between Locust Grove and Eagle, just East of Mountain View High School's football fields.

I work from the apartment, so if you have a job anytime between pm...then perfect!
If you work from home or don't work at a physical location hours a week it won't work. I'm simply looking for a roomie that works a normal schedule.

I'm -male, straight, and professional; the rest of my family is in Meridian & Eagle. Love to bike, hike, kayak, golf, and play Frisbee with my dog Murphy.
