The house is a square foot -bathroom house. The room for rent is an unfurnished ’ bedroom with a closet and two doors. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The house has a front porch, back patio, large yard, and detached garage currently being used as a shared art studio. There is tons of storage space in a standup basement for all kinds of gear. The house is located near the freeway in historic Jefferson park. Lots of nearby shops and beautiful homes and parks in the area. Your two future roommates are two queer women in their late ’s to early ’s. We have dogs that are kept separate. Unfortunate we are unable to accept any additional pets. We are on the main lease but any potential roommate will need to submit an application and sign a lease addendum with the landlords
