Apartment for language assistants

Hi everyone, my name is Christine. 😊

Two other language assistants and I (all women) are moving to Madrid this September for the school year, and we’re looking for a + bathroom apartment to rent together.

Location: We’re hoping to live in Moncloa, Gaztambide, Chamberí, or Argüelles. ideally as close to Moncloa Station as possible. It’s the most convenient area for our commutes and allows us to stay well-connected to the city.

Budget: We’re looking for something in the range of €/month total, preferably with utilities included (language assistant salaries only go so far😅)

Rental Period: From September to June and we’d like to have something by the first week of September 🤞🏾

About us: We’re calm, clean, responsible, and organized, and we’re looking for a comfortable, respectful place to live (A balcony would be a nice bonus).
