Hi everyone !! 😊

I’m Opale ( y/o) , I’ll be moving from France to Chicago in October to start a postdoc in freshwater conservation and I am looking for a roommate or a flatshare.
I’m the dog mum of Wilson, a 5 y/o griffon, super calm, and very friendly
I’d love to find a roommate (prefer woman) who also has a dog and would enjoy the idea of our pups becoming buddies.
Ideally, I’d love to live with someone I can also be friends with, maybe explore the city, share a meal, or just chill at home. But if you’re more into a peaceful co-living vibe, that’s totally cool too.

A little more about me: I’m easygoing, clean, respectful, and always open to communication and compromise. I love being outside, hiking is one of my favorite things to do, I’m also into all kinds of outdoor activities. On top of that, I’m a big plant lover, a swing dancer, and always up for trying new restaurants or discovering hidden gems around the city.

I’m hoping to find a place near Lincoln Park, and my maximum budget is around $/month, I'd be happy to both appartement hunt or join someone.
