subleasing one bedroom apartment near journal square jersey city. available beginning of september to end of november. my boyfriend and I are moving to queens for our new jobs so we will be sadly subleasing our place out. it's only a minute walk to the journal square path, so it's very convenient to go to the city!

Place can come fully furnished (will come with sofa and bed and dresser) we can remove it if needed. utilities are not included but that is negotiable! wifi included, pets are allowed.

we need one month security deposit and proof of income. then the place is all yours
