Request for Single Room in Dublin

My name is Prathamesh, and I will be relocating from the US to Dublin at the end of September. I am looking for a single room (not shared) in a safe and well-connected area, preferably starting nd September or 1st October (flexible).

A little about me:

Working professional (relocating for a long-term role)

Vegetarian & eggitarian (cook simple meals at home).

Clean, tidy, respectful, and responsible with rent/bills

Occasionally work from home, so a peaceful environment for my work.

As I am relocating, I am happy to connect via WhatsApp, , or arrange a video call before viewings. My friend can come for viewing, Please note that I will only make payments after viewing the property in person.
