I’m looking to re-let my lease at The View. The apartment is a -bath (all girl apartment), and you would have your own private bedroom. The building offers great amenities including a gym, study rooms, a sky lounge, and free laundry facilities on every floor. The apartment is fully furnished, utilities included in rent. Rent is $ per month, which is below the standard rate, and the lease runs from August through July . You would re-let from The View at the same monthly rent.
