Hello, my name is Collins. My wife and I recently moved to Cairns from the UK on a Skilled Work valid for 2 years (and renewable afterwards). My wife is a physiotherapist working locally, and I am a lawyer. We both have stable employment and can readily provide proof of income.

In our former apartment in Boston, UK, we lived for over a year and always paid rent promptly, often in advance. We never owed rent and can provide a reference from our previous landlord if required.

We are clean, respectful, and responsible tenants who value a well-kept home. We are eager to integrate with the local community and plan to remain in Cairns for the long term.
