Hoping to find someone friendly who’s looking for a comfortable and chill living space! The apartment is off of Prospect and Overland. It is a 9 minute drive to CSU main campus and just down the road from the Foothills campus. There are also bus stops along Prospect so getting around town or to CSU is easy and accessible!

Rent: $/month

Available: Move in date can range from September th. The current lease runs until the end of May and there is an option for renewal if interested!

Deposit: 1 month’s rent ($)
Utilities: Gas, electricity, and internet split (averages under $/month total, varies by season)

- Cute front lawn with fake grass (no maintenance!). Patio furniture welcome! If you like to garden there’s plenty of space for raised beds and pots to grow plants, flowers, veggies, or fruits. Our neighbors have lots of things growing currently!
- Off-street and on-street parking available — never had trouble finding a spot

Your roommate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me, Landynne. I’m in my thirties and work full-time, with an occasional part-time job on the weekends. I’m easygoing, friendly, and keep a quiet, comfortable home environment. In my free time, I enjoy paddle boarding, playing with flowers (I’m a florist!), and relaxing. I’m hoping to find a roommate who values a relaxed and cozy living space, and it would be great if we could be friends as well!
