Need roomie in my new mobile home!

About the home:

Please, no pets, couples, or children. I have 2 cats, that is enough for me lol.

PLEASE READ+++ The bedroom pictured is my bedroom. These photos are from the sales agent. You can expect a very similar room, but with no bathroom attached.

Its a mobile home in a safe community. I am closing on it soon and would love to find a roomie by then!

The community is called “Lakeside.” It is a nice family friendly place and has a pool.

I will have a bathroom attached to my room, so you will have the main bathroom more or less to yourself. Please understand it will not be entirely “private” as it is in a common space, but it will be mostly yours.

Please note: I have not moved in yet! But I do have furniture to furnish for you if needed. Please let me know ASAP as I will be selling anything not needed.

The base rent a month is listed in this post, and the only bill I will ask you to split evenly with me is the power bill. You can estimate about $one hundred to one hundred fifty$ for that depending on our usage. In the summer you can expect it to be a little more.

The community is safe and quiet. The home is small, so I am looking for someone who is respectful and okay with sharing a wall. The home is only about 1k sq ft, so we HAVE to get along 😆

About myself:

It is just me and my 2 cats :) Very friendly and chill. I keep to myself and value my privacy and safety. I have a bunch of plants and I work a lot from home. Looking for someone who wants to live cheap and save up like me!

I like plants, anime, cooking, movies, gaming, and hiking. I would love to have a buddy, but no pressure. As long as you respect my space and my animals, you can be as friendly with me as you would like!

I have had several roommates in the past; a forty year old man, a sixty year old woman, and a twenty year old college student. I’m not picky, as long as you are a good person. They can all vouch for me as well as a “landlord” and roommate if needed ❤️
