Looking for 2 residents to fill 2 available bedrooms with one large shared bathroom. The rent includes utilities, with wi-fi and access to the community pool. Along with this you will enjoy having your own kitchen cabinet space in a nice well well-equipped shared kitchen and have access to a nice laundry room.

The home is located in the Indian Land area less than one-half mile from the NC/SC state line and close to Ballantyne.

The home is space ft. 2 levels
There's plenty of room throughout the home so no one will feel cramped or tight.

PLEASE READ- The home is currently occupied by one tenant (F) and by the end year the homeowner (Gay M) along with 3 mid-size Shelties will also join the fold. We are both fun -something individuals who enjoy spending time with all ages. There's not much in/out traffic keeping things quiet, however, the Shelties will occasionally ramp things up just a bit when company arrives! Unfortunately, by having them already in the home more animals probably wouldn't be considered.

This place is best suited for the more laid-back personalities. If you are easily annoyed by the small stuff, this probably isn't a space for you.

Bring your own bedroom furniture with you, and if you need office space, we can perhaps arrange for such (no extra cost) if you are a very promising tenant of at least 9 months or more.

The home is currently unfurnished awaiting the owner's arrival in 2 months or so. Please be aware that common areas are not complete with furniture except for home appliances and you will need to provide your own kitchen essentials for the most part at this time.

We have simple house rules- Be tidy and simple respect for personal space is a must.
