Looking for a chill, creative, female roommate to sublet my current roommate’s space for 6 months and share a room with me :) From October . Rent is $/month not including utilities.

ABOUT US:

I'm looking for a female roommate with an awesome personality to split the space with from. My roommates and I are in our mid-late s, really chill, not partiers but also not dead quiet either. There’s 5 of us at the moment ( girls) and my current roommate is leaving the country for 6 months, so I’m looking for someone to take her spot and share the room with me.

ABOUT ME + ROOM:

The room comes with a private bathroom that only the new roomie and I will share and it's attached to the bedroom.

I have a busy schedule and tend to be a night owl. There are also two friendly cats in the apartment, but they stick to the living room and their owners’ rooms.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:

- Garage parking shared / street parking also available
- Washer and dryer in the apartment building
- A few blocks away from coffee shops + restaurants in Sawtelle Japantown and the Santa Monica Blvd side, super close to Westwood, Santa Monica, Brentwood.
