· This is a room for rent in a 3 bedroom – 2 bathroom – 1 car garage home

· Semi-furnished : Twin daybed with a twin pull-out and floor lamp

· Plenty of space in the built-in closet for your personal belongings

· You may use the common areas such as living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area and backyard

· Can be shared (max of 2 people per room) - rent price will be adjusted. Please inquire.

· Open to students or young professionals – female only. You will be sharing the house with other female tenants

· Bathroom will be shared with occupant/s of 1 other room

· There is a water filter & softener for all the running water in the house

· Unlimited drinking water (filtered and reverse osmosis) - drinking water faucet in the kitchen

· Security cameras outside of the home

· Wifi is included in the rent

· All other utilities will be shared equally with all active tenants in the house

· No pets allowed

· No guests allowed to stay overnight for the comfort and security of all occupants

· There's a 1 car garage that you can rent for a hundred dollars a month, otherwise, the driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably

· We require a filled out application form and a background check

· Application is free but you will pay for your own background check (nonrefundable even if not accepted)

· If accepted, we require 1 month security deposit, and 1 month rent advance that will be utilized on the last month of your stay

· Rent is due every 1st of the month

· Minimum of 3 months stay – rent will be on a month-to-month basis after
