-laundry is shared in basement, free (not coin op)
-there is street parking available. The street is great because there is never any street cleaning, even in the winter so you can always find a spot

-close to South Bay
-5 minute walk walk to the Banshee
-1 minute walk to Tavern
-7 minute walk to Market
- minute walk to Star Market

This is not a sublease, we are just assisting the property management company in finding new renters!
