Hi I'm Dustin, an ex-musician hairdresser looking for a cool roommate who can comfortably hold down half of the rent/utilities in my 's Spanish townhouse rental in the West Hollywood area. It's a rare find, covid price deal with tons of amenities and character in a very convenient area.

It takes less than a 5 minute drive to get to: Trader Joes, Whole Foods, The Grove, Beverly Center, the 3rd St. strip of tons of restaurants/coffee, the Melrose shopping strip, the Fairfax shopping strip, LACMA, The Academy of Motion Pictures Museum, La Brea Tar Pits, The Los Angeles Automotive Museum, two dry cleaners. - It's right off of 6th St/Fairfax.

The photos show my previous roommate's decor, almost everything was hers. I have a much more minimal but still vintage taste. The panther coffee table, huge tv with a bunch of streaming, and big couch are mine. I'm buying cool stuff on marketplace right not to start to fill it out, it will be half furnished for someone to move in. The room I'm offering has enough room for a queen bed, a dresser or desk, a loveseat and a tv mounted on the wall. The bathroom is small but I'm and it was mine for 5 years. The room with the gold couch in the photos is the one for rent. It has been repainted, I'm going to swap photos when I have space to clear it out. Overall the space looks huge without the clutter.

I'm adaptable and a good communicator. I'm looking for someone cool ideally in the age range, creative a plus that has a + credit score. I love diversity am an LGBTQA+ ally, I work in a queer salon in Silverlake.
