You’ll have your own private bedroom, a large closet, your own bathroom w/ a bathtub, full house access, private front and back courtyard gardens, own designated off-street parking, and free pool & tennis court access to enjoy — all for $ per month.

The Space:
• bath house with only 1 other female roommate (me!)
• Your bedroom overlooks a front patio garden with outdoor seating
• Full access to shared areas: spacious living room, full kitchen, private front garden and enclosed backyard patio
• Room has: ceiling fan/light, closet lighting installed, new high-quality carpeting, paint
• You’ll truly feel like half the home is yours

Details:
• $ split of utilities (usually around a month)
• Utilities: electricity (SMUD), water, sewer, garbage, internet — no PG&E gas
• $ security deposit + first month’s rent due at move-in
• Initial lease is 6 months, then switches to month-to-month — ideally looking for a long-term fit

Location:
• Quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood with lots of parking, not too far from Hwy 5
• Only 7 minutes to Downtown Sac & Midtown
• Close to Sac City College
• Close to parks, running trails, gyms, groceries, cafes

Other:
• No smoking/vaping on the property
• Can't take pets or foster animals at this time
• Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished

About Me:
Single, early 's female who works from home full time, but it may change to only 2x/week. I’m family-oriented, friendly, and active. I’m a very respectful, clean, easy-going roommate. I am used to keeping a supportive, positive home environment so you can sleep, work from home, or have the occasional guest over with no issues. I have shared homes with people for many years, so I’m used to being a courteous roommate.
