Looking for someone chill, clean, and community-minded to take over the biggest room in our 4BR apartment off Central St.

The room was originally the living room, so it’s spacious, bright all day, with hardwood floors, fresh paint, two doors (including one that leads to the kitchen), and extra privacy (tucked on its own side of the unit).



The apartment:

4 bedrooms + shared living room and one bathroom. Everyone is respectful of time and there are usually no traffic jams.

2 porches (back porch = perfect coffee/evening spot)

Basement laundry (app-based, no quarters!)

Quiet, friendly neighborhood close to Union & Davis




The roommates:

You’d be with three respectful, independent housemates (woman student + two professional men, s). One leaseholder is mostly based in NYC and occasionally uses the living room for holistic arts work.

Everyone pretty much does their own thing and stays in their room but are down to hang. Very peaceful.

The house runs on a simple chore chart + values inclusivity. Everyone is leftist-leaning, LGBTQIA+, , 🍉, and BLM-friendly. of roomies are mostly Plant-based.

Preference for women, femmes, and men who are considerate, respectful and intentional about creating a safe home.




Rent & move-in:

First month + security = $

Open to sublet or -month lease.




Transit:

3 min walk to buses (),

min to Union Sq Green Line,

min to Porter (Red Line + commuter rail),

~ min to Davis by foot/bus.

A dog may be joining (pending landlord approval). ESA pets possible with discussion.
