Hello,

I'm looking for a roommate for the next year (lease starts september 1st) to stay in the second bedroom of my apartment.

- Apartment is min walk from Vendome Metro
- mins from Concordia
- Near multiple grocery stores, and a gym, plenty of cafes nearby too!
- Lots of natural light
- Washer/Dryer in the building
- Utilities not included

I am a Concordia student studying Computer Science. I have many hobbies. I love anime, gaming and most nerdy hobbies (big TCG guy). I love having conversations and getting to know people, as I go out many nights during the week. However I do keep to myself enough. I often spend most of my week out of the apartment as I prefer to study out of my home.

There’s a huge dining/living room with plenty of space to have friends over. I’m working weekends during the school year, as well as school all week. I would love a roommate that is independant, and can clean up after themselves.
