Cost of Living
- As a new tenant you will have to pay one month's rent (minus utilities) as a security deposit before moving in.
- $ Per Person (you pay this much for security deposit too)
- $ TOTAL: Including Utilities. This is what l've been for the 2 years l've been living here.
- Utilities don't vary too much.
