You'd have one other male roommate and rooftop access. It's located 5minutes from Prospect Park. The Laundromat and Supermarket are up the block. And, the train is on the other end of the block. It's in a No Smoking building. To be very frank though, the very nice, young mother in the apt across the way does sometimes smoke in the hallway. If this is a Non~negotiable for you, please don't respond as this is an ongoing situation. Pets are allowed and rooms are semi~furnished.
