Hi! I’m needing someone to take over my lease at W Argyle St. in October with the option to resign next summer. I’ve LOVED this apartment and am sad to leave it.

- minute walk to Foster beach, 5 minute walk to Argyle red line and a few minutes from several bus stops, walking distance to amazing restaurants, responsive and kind management (manager office onsite), gym, elevator, clean laundry room

- SO much closet space: huge walk-in closet adjacent to bathroom, hall closet by entryway, two closets in bedroom, linen closet
- Large kitchen, plenty of counter space
- 3rd floor (elevator in building)
- Quiet building with respectful neighbors
- I use the gym frequently and almost always have it to myself
- Allows pets
