The Leonard apartment

My boyfriend and I are looking for 2 people to take over our leases at the Leonard apartments ( Meadow St Denton TX). It is a bath with in-unit laundry. Pet friendly, has a community center with a gym/common area, and a very nice pool area. Each person pays $ + cost of utilities which are usually about $ each month. TOTAL cost of rent for us usually comes out to ~$ per person per month. The Leonard is technically a “student” apartment which charges rent by the person, so each person would have their own lease. However, You don’t have to be a student to live here. We are looking for people IMMEDIATELY, we are ready to move out by the end of September.
